Shift Type: Rotating schedule, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift). Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Every other weekend required.
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility support
- Document care accurately and timely in the facility record systems
- Support mealtime assistance and hydration needs, honoring resident preferences
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification — state-appropriate or eligible to obtain
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
- Comfortable with lifting and assisting residents with mobility needs
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing respectful resident-centered care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA training program and current LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident care and bedside manner — treat people like family
- Knowledge of ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting) and safe transfer techniques
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, feeding assistance, observing changes
- Good documentation and communication skills with clinical teams
- Understanding of infection control and facility safety procedures
- Team-player attitude and ability to prioritize in a busy care environment
