Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, helping with daily living activities
• Take and document vital signs, intake/output, and routine observations accurately
• Assist licensed nurses with care plans and clinical tasks as delegated
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
• Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and the care team
• Contribute to a positive team culture and help ensure excellent resident experiences

Qualifications

• Current LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant credential (T-LNA preferred)
• Active or eligible for an LNA license in New Hampshire (ability to obtain state authorization)
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
• Comfortable working a day shift schedule with every-other-weekend coverage
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to pass facility onboarding, background checks, and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care, bathing, dressing, feeding assistance
• Taking and recording vital signs and basic clinical observations
• Basic documentation and charting in electronic or paper systems
• Infection prevention, safe patient handling, and fall prevention techniques
• Teamwork, time management, and effective communication with residents/families
