Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, days not specified, Evening (2nd) shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal support while preserving dignity
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team
- Accurately document care provided and maintain clear communication with interdisciplinary staff
- Support safe mobility, fall prevention efforts, and proper use of assistive devices
- Create a warm, respectful environment that promotes comfort and emotional well-being
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) is required
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility health/screening requirements
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited GNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of geriatric care principles and common age-related conditions
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic patient hygiene
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Good observational skills to notice and report clinical changes
- Compassionate bedside manner and effective interpersonal skills
