Shift Type: Days vary (facility schedule), 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, dignified care for older adults, assisting with daily living activities
- Support bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and toileting with respect and patience
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with feeding and nutritional needs, including feeding assistance when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of care, observations and resident interactions
- Follow infection control practices and facility policies to keep residents safe
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create a positive care environment
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or required per facility
- Comfortable working with geriatric populations and supporting activities of daily living
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with ADLs and resident mobility assistance
- Knowledge of basic infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to observe and accurately report changes in resident condition
- Reliable documentation and basic charting skills
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
