Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (evening/2nd shift) — every other weekend
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers and safe patient handling to reduce falls
- Support resident hygiene and comfort while preserving dignity
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the team
- Help maintain a safe, clean and therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with nurses and therapists to follow care plans
- Engage with residents and families to build trust and connection
Qualifications
- Active LNA certification (valid in NH/VT preferred) — must be current
- Prior experience in long term care or similar setting is a plus
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM schedule including every other weekend
- Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening as required by facility
- Background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
- Local candidate only for this contract
Education
- High school diploma or GED and completed LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong bedside manner and resident-focused care
- Skill with vital signs, ADL assistance, and safe transfers
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
- Basic documentation and charting skills
- Time management to support multiple residents effectively
- Teamwork and flexibility during busy shifts
