Shift Type: Alternating weeks: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday (additional Week 2 days per facility schedule) — 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Day
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately and timely
- Help create a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Support mealtime assistance and timely medication reminders under supervision
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — VT or NH eligible
- Local candidate preferred (note: position is LOCAL ONLY)
- Availability for every-other-weekend scheduling as required by the facility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
- Comfort with physical aspects of care and standing/assisting for shift duration
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to resident-centered care
Education
- Completion of an approved LNA program or equivalent training
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic clinical skills for personal care and basic resident monitoring
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to document care clearly and follow care plans
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate support
- Time management to complete assigned tasks during each shift
- Willingness to learn and receive coaching from nursing staff
