Shift Type: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, every other weekend commitment (exact days vary per facility schedule)
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care for activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility to promote independence and prevent injury
- Accurately document care and observations in the resident chart and communicate with team members
- Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful, person-centered care
- Participate in teamwork and unit communication to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current LNA certification/license (Licensed Nursing Assistant)
- Must be local to the Rutland area (LOCAL ONLY) and have reliable personal transportation
- Willingness to work night shifts and commit to every-other-weekend coverage
- Available for a 13-week assignment starting 2026-02-02 through 2026-04-27
- Ability to pass required facility checks and comply with facility policies
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program and active LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with ADLs, transfers, and basic patient care
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
- Basic charting/ documentation skills and attention to detail
- Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans
