Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report resident conditions including vital signs and behaviors
- Support safe transfers and mobility while following facility protocols
- Document care accurately and communicate changes to the care team
- Help create a comfortable, respectful environment that promotes dignity
Qualifications
- Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification
- Current basic life support (BLS) or CPR preferred where required
- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts including weekends (Sun, Fri, Sat)
- Reliable local candidate (LOCAL ONLY) familiar with Claremont/area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of patient/resident care and ADLs
- Safe transfer and positioning techniques
- Basic infection control and sanitation practices
- Accurate documentation and effective communication with nursing staff
- Teamwork, adaptability, and resident-centered care mindset
