Shift Type: Overnight shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (night). Specific days of week to be confirmed with facility.
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote patient comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and interventions
- Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and facility hygiene protocols
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
- Local candidates only (per job note)
- Available to start within 2 weeks (ASAP local start)
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Education
- Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent training
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong bedside manner and ability to provide compassionate resident-centered care
- Basic clinical skills: taking vitals, safe patient handling, infection control practices
- Reliable documentation and communication skills with the care team
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts and escalate concerns appropriately
- Comfortable with the pace and routines of long-term care environments
