Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs, behavior, and patient needs accurately
- Assist nursing staff with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly and clearly to the care team
- Support residents with dignity and respect, creating a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Ability to work night shifts on the scheduled Mon-Tue-Wed rotation
- Local candidate only (position is LOCAL ONLY)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced care setting and collaborating with nursing staff
- Background check and compliance with facility onboarding requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic infection control and safe patient handling
- Ability to accurately document care and follow care plans
- Good observational skills and clear communication with the care team
- Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs during shifts
