Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care within the LPN scope
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Document care and assessments clearly in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and providers to support care plans
Support a safe and clean environment by following infection control practices
Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate and reassure

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfortable working overnight shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) on Mon-Wed
Clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic restorative care
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Wound care and safe infection control practices
Clear clinical documentation and basic EHR familiarity
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently during night shifts
Professional bedside manner and patient/family education skills
