Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy services during assigned shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual goals
Document interventions and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in orientation and training to maintain clinical consistency and quality
Communicate clearly with patients and families to set expectations and encourage engagement

Qualifications

Current state Physical Therapist license (required)
BLS/CPR certification (current) or willingness to obtain
Prior clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills welcome
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a care team
Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's in Physical Therapy or equivalent considered

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation principles
Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation best practices
Excellent interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and staff
Ability to follow facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
