Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Part-time, 5-hour shifts (exact days/times to be scheduled; orientation required)
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Document progress clearly and communicate goals with the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate patient-centered care
- Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention
- Participate in orientation and training to maintain high-quality care
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California or eligible for licensure
- Willingness to attend required orientation (orientation: Yes)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient assessment and therapeutic exercise prescription
- Familiarity with rehabilitation documentation and outcome tracking
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
- Compassionate patient education and family engagement
