Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams with precision and patient-centered care
Ensure patient safety and comfort while following radiation safety protocols
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality images
Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to support accurate diagnoses
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in the imaging system
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay current with best practices

Qualifications

ARRT certification (or registry-eligible) and current state radiography licensure preferred
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from an accredited provider
Prior radiography experience preferred; new grads who are eager to learn are welcome
Strong patient care skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Ability to follow strict safety protocols and maintain attention to detail

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accredited program
ARRT certification or registry-eligible status

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in radiographic techniques and patient positioning
Familiarity with digital imaging systems and PACS workflow
Solid understanding of radiation safety and infection control standards
Good communication skills with patients and clinical teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workflow under pressure
