Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents, following individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
- Monitor resident condition, report changes promptly, and escalate when needed
- Assist with activities of daily living while promoting resident independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident charts and electronic records
- Support infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact/state-appropriate) required
- Completion of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related setting preferred
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background checks
- Strong communication skills and a resident-centered approach to care
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic wound care and restorative nursing techniques
- Resident assessment, vital signs monitoring, and clinical observation
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
- Infection control, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Team collaboration and effective communication with residents and families
