Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals with patients
• Document patient progress and outcomes clearly and promptly in the charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Adapt treatment approaches to meet the needs of diverse patient populations

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain state licensure
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Comfortable with documentation in electronic medical record systems
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to complete facility onboarding requirements in a timely manner

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in musculoskeletal assessment and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Experience with balance, gait, and functional mobility training
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques
• Proficient documentation and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to teach and motivate patients and caregivers
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
