Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assisting with activities of daily living
• Support safe transfers and mobility, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
• Document resident care and observations accurately and on time
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment that promotes resident well-being

Qualifications

• Current CNA or T-CNA certification (required)
• Comfortable working the 6:30 AM - 2:45 PM day shift as scheduled
• Willingness to travel and work a contract assignment (this is a travel/contract role)
• Ability to pass facility-required screenings (background check, health screenings, and any facility onboarding requirements)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care skills: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
• Reliable documentation and charting skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
