Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Support a safe and healing environment by adhering to infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 0 years of experience - new graduates welcome to apply!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work night shifts and flexible with scheduling

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Compassionate patient-centered approach
Knowledge of long-term care and rehabilitation nursing practices
