Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and treatment planning
- Rehabilitation techniques for geriatric population
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
