Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and dignity
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents
Support residents with daily activities and encourage independence

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion and patience when caring for others

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care principles
Understanding of infection control practices
Skill in using patient lifting and transfer equipment
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
