Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support patient mobility and transfer with safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
Current BLS (CPR) certification
Previous experience in long-term care or hospital setting preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of patient care procedures and safety protocols
Proficiency in taking vital signs and using medical equipment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Empathy and patience when working with diverse patient populations
Basic computer skills for documentation
