Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ER setting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as ordered
Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret rhythms
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Float to other units as needed to support hospital operations

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or active Multi-State license
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric course (ENPC)
Ability to float if needed
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and triage skills
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
Knowledge of emergency medications and protocols
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
Team collaboration and patient advocacy
