Roles & Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications and ensure patient safety
Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication counseling
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in Texas (in good standing)
Recent pharmacy experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
Proficient in medication therapy management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
