Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with meals and hydration
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident rights and confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Understanding of infection control practices
- Ability to use electronic health records (EHR)
- Skilled in taking vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
- Strong observation and reporting abilities
