Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals and hydration according to care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Build meaningful relationships and brighten every resident's day

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient, and ready to make a difference

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics
• Time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
