Shift Type: Wednesday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Support residents with meals and hydration according to care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
- Build meaningful relationships and brighten every resident's day
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
- Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient, and ready to make a difference
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics
- Time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
