Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures and adjustments
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
- X-ray certification (state-specific as required)
- Previous experience in orthodontics is a plus
- A can-do attitude and a smile that puts patients at ease
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques and instruments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
