Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care through comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate and empower patients on proper oral hygiene techniques to promote long-term wellness
• Take and interpret dental radiographs to aid in accurate diagnoses
• Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans
• Ensure a safe, sterile environment by strictly following infection control protocols
• Document patient care thoroughly to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficient in taking and developing dental x-rays
• Familiarity with dental software and patient records systems
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and collaborate with dental team
