Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform digital radiography (DR) exams for ER, ICU, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Provide imaging support in the operating room, including C-arm and fluoroscopy procedures
• Operate portable X-ray equipment for bedside patients
• Assist CT technologists with patient transfers and imaging procedures
• Document and manage images in EPIC EMR and Synapse PACS
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain patient comfort

Qualifications

• Active ARRT (R) certification in Radiologic Technology
• Kansas LRT (Licensed Radiologic Technologist) license
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-ray or Rad Tech
• Experience with digital radiography (DR) and operating room imaging
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• X-ray imaging, including digital radiography (DR)
• Operating room (OR) imaging with C-arm
• Familiarity with CT to assist on shift
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR
• Experience with Synapse PACS (Fuji)
• Patient positioning and radiation safety
