Shift Type: Night shift, 12-hour shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend required

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take charge of the unit and oversee resident care
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Perform wound care and monitor healing progress
• Document assessments and care provided in Matrix EMR
• Collaborate with the DON and on-call physicians
• Provide compassionate care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia

Qualifications

• Active RN license in ND or compact state
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience
• LTC experience required
• Comfortable working in a 26-bed facility
• No acute rehab or telemetry required

Knowledge & Skills

• Charge nurse experience
• Medication administration proficiency
• Wound care skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Familiarity with Matrix EMR
• Strong communication and teamwork
