Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile operating rooms for surgical procedures
• Assemble and organize surgical instruments and supplies for each case
• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining the sterile field
• Monitor and replenish inventory of surgical supplies
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• Minimum 1-2 years of Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Current BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of sterile techniques and aseptic practices
• Familiarity with a wide range of surgical instruments and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgeon needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
