Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a safe clinical environment
• Take and develop dental X-rays while following all safety protocols
• Provide outstanding patient care and education, making every visit comfortable and stress-free
• Support front desk operations with scheduling and patient records as needed

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
• Current X-ray certification required
• Previous experience in an orthodontic practice is a plus
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental terminology and orthodontic procedures
• Comfortable using dental software, including Denticon
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
