Roles & Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper usage
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize drug therapy
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatments as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Contribute to a positive and efficient pharmacy environment

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in Ohio (or compact license eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program (PharmD preferred)
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• At least 1 year of recent pharmacy experience preferred

Education

• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge in drug interactions and contraindications
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
