Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate patient care and assist with daily living activities
Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
Maintain patient hygiene and ensure a clean, safe environment
Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate attitude and dedication to patient well-being

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care principles and infection control practices
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
