Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced ER environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver critical interventions
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform life-saving procedures
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Ensure a safe and organized emergency department
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year ER experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing patient conditions
