Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts available: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in the state of New Mexico
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
