Shift Type: As needed, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critical care patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions, and respond to changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

Current and valid California RN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, critical care environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients
