Start Date: 06-26-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, including 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shifts. Shifts may vary based on facility needs.

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to elderly residents
Assist with activities of daily living
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support patients' emotional and physical well-being
Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

Valid GNA certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification preferred
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in geriatric care a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric care principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Attention to detail and observation skills
