Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
Current CPR certification (BLS)
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented exemption

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and hygiene practices
Skill in using patient lift equipment and other assistive devices
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
