Shift Type: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, includes every weekend commitment
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and aides to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Vermont required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Ability to work every weekend and night shifts
Education
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
