Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment

Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Tennessee
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning
Experience with electronic medical records preferred
Skilled in therapeutic exercises and activities
