Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy services to help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care programs
Participate in patient discharge planning and follow-up care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in West Virginia or compact eligible
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities
Ability to assess patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly
Proficient in electronic medical records documentation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
