Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients in a rehab setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent PTA experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
• Proficient in electronic medical records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
