Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physical therapists to implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and injury prevention
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active North Carolina PTA license (or compact eligible)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- At least 1 year of recent PTA experience preferred
Education
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document patient progress in electronic health records
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
