Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in New Hampshire
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques
• Experience with patient assessment and treatment planning
• Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic health records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
