Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's goals and needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Document progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS certification required
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation
• Ability to use therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
