Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, days vary including weekends as scheduled

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents' conditions and vital signs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Educate residents and families on health management
Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
BLS certification required
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
Strong organizational and time management skills
