Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve daily living and work skills
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapist
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercises
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in West Virginia
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy modalities and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
