Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to elderly residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
Support residents' mobility and comfort, including turning and repositioning
Maintain a clean and safe environment to prevent falls and infections
Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification (BLS)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy when working with elderly patients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
