Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home safety
Qualifications
- Valid PTA license in Ohio (or in process)
- New Grads welcome - we support your growth!
- Passion for helping others in a long-term care setting

- Strong clinical skills in physical therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
