Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and expertise
- Support families with clear communication and empathy during challenging times
- Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Passion for making a difference in patients' lives
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ICU protocols and equipment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
